Frame Your Gaze: Restoring Density to Defaced Brows.
In India, the cultural emphasis on well-groomed brows often leads to decades of threading and waxing. This repeated trauma can cause Traction Alopecia, where follicles eventually stop producing hair due to constant pulling. Beyond grooming habits, sparse brows (especially thinning at the outer tails) and short lashes can be clinical indicators of underlying issues like Hypothyroidism or nutritional deficiencies (Iron/Biotin) common in Indian diets. The result is a loss of facial definition that makeup can only temporarily mask.
The Dormant Follicle Syndrome
Eyebrows and eyelashes have a much shorter growth cycle than scalp hair—typically only 3 to 4 months. When a hair is plucked repeatedly, the follicle can become traumatized and enter a prolonged resting phase (Telogen). In cases of Madarosis (clinical loss of eyebrows/lashes), inflammation or hormonal imbalances (like Thyroid dysfunction) signal the follicle to shut down production entirely. Unlike the scalp, facial hair follicles are highly sensitive to physical trauma, and once scarred, they cannot regrow naturally.

The Clinic 7 Clinical Advantage
We distinguish between "dormant" follicles that can be revived and "lost" follicles that need restoration.
Stimulating Regrowth: Using prescription-strength bimatoprost solutions to extend the growth phase (Anagen) of lashes and brows.
Reviving the Root: Injecting Growth Factor Concentrates (GFC) directly into the brow ridge to wake up sleepy follicles damaged by over-threading.
Artistic Restoration: For permanent loss, we offer medical-grade Nano-blading, which mimics natural hair strokes rather than the "blocky" look of traditional tattoos.

FAQs
Can castor oil really grow my lashes?
Castor oil conditions the hair, preventing breakage, which can make lashes appear fuller. However, it cannot stimulate the follicle to produce new hair or change your genetic lash length.
I over-threaded my brows for years. Will they grow back?
If the follicle is merely dormant, clinical stimulation can help. However, if years of threading have caused scarring (fibrosis) inside the follicle, the loss may be permanent, requiring Nano-blading or a transplant.
Is Microblading the same as a tattoo?
No. Tattoos deposit ink deep into the dermis and often turn blue/green over time. Microblading/Nano-blading deposits pigment in the upper epidermis, creating fine, natural-looking strokes that fade naturally over 12-18 months.
Why are my eyebrows thinning at the ends?
Thinning specifically at the outer third of the eyebrow (Sign of Hertoghe) is a classic symptom of Hypothyroidism. We often recommend a blood panel alongside aesthetic treatment to address the root cause.
Is Latisse/Bimatoprost safe for Indian eyes?
Yes, it is the gold standard for lash growth. However, it must be used under medical supervision to avoid potential side effects like darkening of the eyelid skin, which is reversible.
